Assign technicians and front office employees to repairs. Viewing assignments on the card.
The initials on the card are used to show who is
working on the vehicle.

SETUP:
1. Under the three dots in the upper right corner, you may
choose to “Setup Shop Roles”. This allows you to choose which roles will be
displayed with the initials of the employee who has been assigned to the role.
2. The “Display Order” will allow the user to pick the card
initials display order.
The space on the card will allow up to five employees to
be listed.

3. To assign employees to the repair
a.) Setup Assignment
Splits
b.) Choose the Default Split:

Click on the red or green “A”
The hours will pre-populate. Use the “+” sign to choose the employee
