Setting a vehicle to a Totaled Status

 

To set a repair to a Totaled Status, click on the expected out date.

This will move the card to the column marked as “Actual Out Date” and remove the hours from WIP and replace the hours with a “T” to show that it has marked as a total.  

 

A column title “Totaled” may be added.  All totaled vehicles may be moved to the Total column to keep track of them until they leave the lot.
