VPM Post-Install Training Index
This article is an index of tutorials that will be helpful with familiarizing yourself with the Visual Production Manager.
1. Shop Options (click the menu button in the upper right corner, then select "Shop Options")
A. Allows you to change default settings to suit your shop's specific needs. For example, changing the size categories of jobs, the repair steps, the part statuses, the different sublets, putting in a time zone and holidays, etc. A more detailed tutorial of this can be found

2. Cards (Jobs)
A. These are the features that appear on the cards themselves. They include customer and vehicle information, employee information (the ability to reassign employees to different jobs), parts status/work stoppage information, along with several other useful features. 3. Control Charts
A. There are four different control charts: Actual WIP, Active WIP, Inactive WIP, and Hours Delivered this Week Towards Goal. They keep track of a variety of data useful for indicating how efficient the shop is running. A more detailed tutorial can be found
