CR Auto Scheduler - Estimates - Appointment Confirmation Info

When the customer confirms the appointment, a "C" is placed after the phone number. There may be up to 3 C's after the phone number, one for each time the customer is asked to confirm the appointment.

 

1. Confirmation request 1 is asked at the time of scheduling the appointment.

2. Confirmation request 2 is asked "x" days before the appointment.

3. Confirmation request 3 is asked "x" hours before the appointment.
