Auto-Scheduler - Estimates - Picking the Estimator to Schedule an Estimate Appointment
The program is designed to consider the number of estimates
already assigned to each estimator for that day. It automatically tries to
balance the workload by assigning new estimate appointments to the estimator
with the fewest scheduled estimates. For example, if one estimator has two
appointments and another has none, the system will assign the next estimate to
the estimator with none.
Customers can also manually select an estimator from a
dropdown menu, and office staff can assign appointments to specific estimators
as well. However, if no selection is made, the system will automatically assign
the estimator with the lightest schedule for that day.
