Viewing Scheduling Status in the Dashboard



1)      Under drop offs for the day, the scheduled repair will be highlighted in Green if the vehicle owner has confirmed the drop-off date.
2)      Vehicles are highlighted in Pink to show that they have missed their drop-off day. Their status can be confirmed or unconfirmed.
3)      Under drop offs for the day, the scheduled repair will be highlighted in yellow if the vehicle owner has not confirmed the drop-off date or they are requesting a new drop-off date.
4)      We have added two new sections: Next Business Day to show the status of vehicles arriving the next business day.
5)      Reschedule Requested  If the shop has chosen to allow the vehicle owner the choice of selecting a new drop-off day, the customer’s request will appear in these rows.
