CR Auto Scheduler - Manually Creating an Estimate

CR Auto Scheduler - Manually Creating an Estimate

This tutorial covers how to manually create an estimate, in the case of a walk in.

1. In the 'Estimates' tab, click 'Create Estimate', then fill out the information and hit 'Save and Schedule'.

2. If you have an RO number, you can put it in here. Also input metal/refinish hours (which can be adjusted after the estimate is created), and if parts are required check the 'Parts Required' box and input the lead time.

3. Select the drop-off day. If none of the options initially suggested work for you, clicking the 'More Options' button will change the dates. If you need to get it in on a specific date, click the 'Manual Override' button and fill out the boxes. Once you're done, hit 'Schedule' and you're finished!
