CR Auto Scheduler Estimates: Active, All, and Search

CR Auto Scheduler Estimates: Active, All, and Search

This tutorial will be going over features under the estimates tab: Active, All, and the search feature.

The 'active' section consists of people that have asked for estimates that don't have a vehicle in the shop (estimates the shop is trying to schedule). The goal for these estimates is for them to be converted to repair orders.

The 'all' section consists of all estimates the shop has performed (regardless if those estimates have been converted into repair orders or not). If there are multiple estimates for the same vehicle, the alternates will be in the 'all' list until they're deleted. If they're deleted they'll stay off the 'all' list unless someone goes into CCC and re-exports them.

The search feature allows someone to search for an estimate using a range of dates. If an estimate has been entered with CCC using no customer name (or a different customer name) this tool will help locate the estimate you need.
