Choosing the vehicle owners preferred communication and setting reminder
Sending the confirmation message is very simple- Just choose
their communication preference:
Phone – no message will be sent
Text – you must provide a cell phone number in the top phone number field,
and the system will send the confirmation request by SMS
Email – you must provide an email address and the
system will send the confirmation request by email
If you do not pick a Preferred Communication method,
the system will not send a message.
If you would like the
vehicle owner to get a reminder confirmation request, then click on the “Send
Reminder” at the end of the scheduling process. The reminder message will be
sent based on the repairer’s preference of 1 to 7 days before the scheduled
drop-off day.
